Bitcoin accumulation is a different animal with the roll out of AI designed securities, STRF and STRK by Strategy. These products are at the core of the company’s plan. They aim to raise $84 billion for growth in their Bitcoin holdings. This move also is a proof of Strategy’s commitment to Bitcoin accumulation. At the same time we see the transforming role of AI in corporate finance.

AI’s Role in Designing Financial Instruments

Strategy we used artificial intelligence to design the structure of STRF and STRK. AI played 80-95% of the initial design, which was then refined by legal and financial experts. These securities have perpetual dividends, 10% for STRF and 13% for STRK. Additionally, in the case of STRK, we see a conversion option to common stock at $2,500 per share. The use of AI improved the complex issue of regulatory compliance and financial structuring.

Bitcoin Accumulation Strategy and Capital Raising

The “42/42 Plan” we put forth is to raise 42 billion in equity and 42 billion in debt for Bitcoin acquisition. In March 2025, we saw the issue of 8.5 million STRF shares, which sold at 85 each. This move brought in 711 million in total. Also that year we saw the launch of STRK, which did better. They brought in 563 million and also issued 13 million shares used to buy 1,895 BTC.

Bitcoin Accumulation Enhances Corporate Treasury

Strategy is at present the owner of 555,450 BTC which is 2.6% of the total supply and valued at around 52.2 billion. This large-scale Bitcoin acquisition secures the company’s place at the top as a main crypto holder. While Q1 2025 saw 4.22 billion from fair value accounting changes, analysts maintain a positive outlook on the company’s treasury strategy.

Strategy’s approach is influencing other players in the field, who are adopting similar Bitcoin accumulation strategies. Twenty One Capital, backed by Tether, Bitfinex, and SoftBank, will put away over 42,000 BTC. This positions itself as a large player in the space. Also, we are seeing public companies like Semler Scientific, KULR, and Metaplanet add Bitcoin to their treasury policies. This is part of a larger institutional trend.

Conclusion

Strategy reports that it has broken new ground with the application of AI in designing financial products, marking a big step forward in corporate finance. Also, these AI-designed securities greatly increase Bitcoin accumulation. They present the idea that tech may play a key role in restructuring investments. As the AI and crypto space grows and changes, Strategy’s model may become the standard for large-scale financial companies.
